No island, village, monastery or market should be assumed open to visitors.

Swimming is not part of this itinerary: currents, submerged structures, depth, water quality and boat traffic are not reliably visible from the surface.
Accessibility caveats
The seated boat portion may suit some travellers with limited walking stamina, but most craft board from steps or shifting pontoons and may require a high step across a gap. Wheelchair transfer, secure chair storage, back support, shade and accessible toilets are not standard. Ask for current photographs and measurements of the exact jetty and boat.
